Poured from 16oz can into my Bell's tulip. Brewed in collaboration with Bottleworks. The label calls this a "Brett IPA": it has Muscat grapes, is dry-hopped with Galaxy, and is finished with a mixed culture.
Appearance: shimmery light-golden hue with a light haze and a big, three-finger head of frothy, pillowy eggshell foam. Quite pretty.
Smell: earthy, funky, farmhouse aroma with a light tartness and kind of a grassy aroma. Perhaps even Galaxy cannot push through a Brett aroma.
Taste: a bit of tartness right off the bat, followed by a nice brett funk. There is some juicy hazy IPA deep underneath, but this is a brett beer first and foremost -- not that there's anything wrong with that!
Mouthfeel: medium body with a big carbonation and a huge, satisfying creaminess. Yum!
Overall: like I said, it's hard for me to find the "IPA" in here, but aside from that it is a tasty and quaffable funk treat.
