Pours clear, gold in color with one inch head. Taste is peach and tangerine. Light body,moderate carbonation, juicy. Makes for a nice pale ale--Tasty. I would get this again.

I have bought this one several times. Good flavor and not over-hopped. People who are more into standard non-craft American beer would probably like this more than they would a hazy and intense IPA. I like that it is a nod to the former occupant of their building, who I believe was the Zildjian cymbal company.

 

Cymbals Pale Ale is brewed with a simple base of barley, wheat and crystal malt as the background for the hops to ride on. A crash of Bright citrus and floral aromas are followed by a splash of flavors including orange, grapefruit, tangerine and papaya.
ABV: 6%
MALT: 2-row Barley, Wheat, Crystal 20, Dextrin
HOPS: Vic Secret, Mosaic, Amarillo, Columbus

Can poured into a teku

Hazy orange liquid, pencil thin white fizzy foam cap, micro carbonation, settles to a ring in under 3 minutes, scant lacings

Orange citrus aroma, tangerine

Orange citrus taste, grapefruit pith, tangerine

Hop taste lingers, no bite, medium sudsing,
