This special release of Shockwaves DIPA was fermented in stainless steel and then transferred to oak barrels; either grape brandy or gin. After aging in oak for 6 months, the beer from both barrels was blended together and the they dry hopped it with twice the amount of Mosaic, Citra and El Dorado of a normal shockwaves brew. Malt 2 row barley, wheat, flaked oats.
