10 Pounds Per Barrel. That’s right, TEN. We wanted our first Triple IPA to make a splash, so we decided to utilize the equivalent of 10lbs per barrel of Citra and Mosaic in the whirl and dry hop. What we get is a beautifully aromatic, flavorful hop bomb with plenty of body and mouthfeel to balance out the massive hop additions. Notes of pineapple and stone fruit on the nose, followed by flavors of fresh squeezed OJ and creamy tangerine sorbet.
Malt: 2-Row Barley, Flaked Wheat, Flaked Oats, Dextrose
Hops: Citra and Mosaic

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy yellow golden with a robust fluffy white head, lacing. Musky aroma, ripe fruit, grassy, citrus. Taste is more fruity flavors, tropical, citrus, even some stone fruit. Gentle bitterness, mild sweetness. Creamy consistency.

A: The beer is very hazy yellow in color and has some light hues of amber. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of passionfruit are present in the nose along with notes of gooseberries.
T: The taste has false of passionfruit and limes; no bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a bit juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This IPA drinks rather well considering its strength and tastes like a beer that is more like 7% abv.
