In Modulation 14 we explore different dry hopping techniques. We chose two of our favorite hop varieties - Citra and El Dorado - to showcase in this New England IPA. Our goal with this version of the modulation series is to highlight the complexities and nuance of hop flavor and aroma by extracting their maximum potential. We think you'll be very happy with the results. We get bright citrus aromas and flavors similar to juicy orange sorbet with underlying notes of fresh berries.
