Pours deep blueberry purple with a foamy head, three fingers deep. Aroma is lemon and blueberry with that crispness that a smoothie sour can have. Taste is very blueberry, followed by a lemonade and a tartness that is unexpected. Roll gently before pouring and serve chilled.
