A: burnt yellow and orange color. A touch of light brown. Thin bright white head
S: coriander, orange peel, cardamom. Sweet citrus and crackers
T: loads of coriander, sweet orange zest and cardamom. Crackers, sweet citrus, pepper spice, a touch of green apple. A bit of a bready backbone
M: medium mouthfeel with moderate carb
O: an alright Wit. A bit sweet, and could use some more spice IMO

Cambridge MA 2022. Hazy gold-orange with a thinnish even persistent head. Mostly Belgian yeast on the nose, maybe a little vanilla? Light-medium chewy wheat body, soft mouthfeel. A standard substantial witbier.

Pours a med frothy fizzy almost 1 finger head with moderate retention, fair soapy lacing, very hazy light straw gold color
Nose creamy doughy wheat, a little vanilla cake batter, honey cake, light citrus, floral spices and coriander note, light floral hop
Taste brings more doughy wheat up front, a little vanilla icing and honey cake batter, light floral spices again, bit more citrus and an almost candy character, soft doughy, with a bit of herbal spicy hop late, hint of bubblegum, drier soft finish
Mouth is med bod, soft, med lighter carb
Overall pretty good, fruity esters could have been a bit more, and light on the carb, but otherwise good
