A New England Style DIPA with generous kettle and dry hop additions of an experimental cryo hop blend from YCH originally called Bio-T, now renamed to Cryo Pop. Big notes of juicy, tropical flavors and aromas including pineapple, mango and coconut accompanied by a subtle dose of bubblegum. Restrained bitterness and pallet encompassing mouthfeel rounds off each sip.

A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy pale yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high bright white head that died down but never completely faded away.
S: Light to moderate aromas of coconut are present in the nose along with notes of mango.
T: The taste has flavors of coconuts and mango with notes of pineapple and grapefruit. Little to no bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied and somewhat juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I very much enjoyed the aromas and flavors of coconuts in this IPA.
