12 oz on draft in a snifter at Tinker’s Son in Norwell, Mass.
Appearance: Slightly hazy, mostly sort of bright golden straw with a short white head that recedes quickly. Some white lacing behind.
Aroma: Hops, tropical fruits, citrus. Some pineapple, grapefruit, lemon. Little bit of grass.
Taste: Follows nose, but with a little mango along with the pineapple and grapefruit. Lemon and orange peel are also there. Tasty!
Mouthfeel: Easy drinking and sessionable. Has bitterness but not to the point where you can’t drink it liberally.
Overall: This is a gem. On the APA/IPA border, and flavorful in the tradition of both. Definitely worth seeking out; also interested in having more from this brewery.
