Dark Shamrock is our medium bodied, ultra smooth, dry stout. Notes of roasted coffee and unsweetened chocolate linger on the palate with a smooth, dry, coffee like finish. A small dose of Cascade in the boil adds a hint of hop bitterness that closes out each sip in preparation for the next. ABV: 4.2% Hops: Casade Malt: English Pale, Roasted Barley, Black Malt & Oats

Pours black with ruby hints when held to light. Khaki colored head that is slightly creamy and sticks around leaving nice lacing. I get black coffee with creamer on the nose, bakers chocolate, roasted barley, and a touch of smokiness...Taste follows the nose with a dry, slight coffee bitterness...Body is on the lighter side and carbonation is low. Overall a solid Irish Dry Stout and worth a try.
