Many thanks to Snowcrash000 for this bottle!
A - Pours a dark amber color with nice clarity and creamy off white foam that sticks to the sides of the glass. Carbonation is moderate and steady.
S - Aroma factor is low with biscuity malt and a slight berry sweetness.
T - Doughy caramel malt nips the tongue up front and finishes with a healthy dose of earthiness and some grassy notes. Finish is balanced and spicy with very little bitterness. There is some berry poking through midway through the sip but is very light and delicate.
M - Medium body with a slightly wet finish.
O - A very unique beer using a very unique a rare hop. In fact, this is the first time I've ever experienced this particular hop variety - French Barbe Rouge.

Pours a deep, dark amber coloration with a large, foamy, creamy head. Smells of doughy malt and hoppy notes of red berries, strawberry standing out. Taste follows the nose, with some doughy, grainy malts as well as strong hoppy notes of red berries, with strawberry dominating and a hint of raspberry. as well as hints of grass and hay. Finishes with a medium bitterness and some strawberry lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
The French Barbe Rouge hops really shine through here in a rather interesting way, giving this some strong red berry notes that I haven't really experienced in an IPA like that before.
