On cask at 1420 in Copenhagen.
Pours a hazy orange with pretty much no foam.
Smell is tart and funky with loads of ripe rhubarb and a hint of citrus.
Taste is mildly tart, and again just pours on the rhubarb, maintaining the slight vegetable feel of it and not overdoing the sourness. Very well balanced.
Mouthfeel is medium and pretty much flat.
Overall, a really nice sour that lets the rhubarb really shine.
