Copenhagen 28/6 2020. 33 cl bottle from Beerlivery. Part of BrygBrygBryg's flavored sour beer series where they are very enthusiastic about adding different kind of teas to the soup. A splotch of green on the label with Brearl written in white. As hard to make out as the name is to pronounce.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - yellow with a mall white head. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer.
Aroma is medium intense with a light sweet fruitiness and a stronger citric odor. Citrus, unripe sour berries. Funk. Hints of peach.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a medium strong sourness. Aftertaste is sour. Lingers shortly. Finish is dry.
A bit thin but with a fine nose where the funk peeks in nicely complimented by the citric bergamot tea.
