Copenhagen 13/5 2023. 37,5 cl bottle from Meny, Illums, Kbh. K. A mountain surrounded by pine forest on the label in orange and brown.
Pours dark, dirty amber with a small white head. Settles as thin patches of foam floating about. No lacing.
Aroma is intense with a rather strong sweet and fermented odor mingling with sour sharp notes. Fermented peach and plum. Whiff of bile. Alcohol. Vinegar and sour gooseberries.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, oily, soft, tingling, lively texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a somewhat stronger tart sourness. Aftertaste is sour with a sweet fermented undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
