Copenhagen 4/4 2022. 37,5 cl bottle from Meny, Illums Kbh. K. Sketchy drawing of a landscape with a mountain and pine trees on brownish background on the label.
Pours a bit dirty amber with a small white head. Bubbly. Disappears almost completely after 10 seconds. No lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sour sharp scent of unripe fruit barely hiding a woody boozy odor of alcohol. Tart gooseberries, citrus and vinegar. Bourbon and wood.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong tart sourness. Aftertaste is sour with a boozy, woody streak. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
A very nice Sour Beer saturated in woody vibes.
