Copenhagen 15/3 2020. 33 cl bottle from Beerlivery webshops. The label looks like something hastily made in microsoft word using standard word-art. Different nuances of grey. The version I am drinking only has a ABV of 9,0.
Pours opaque dark brown with a small beige head. Settles as flimsy patch of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is potent, sweet and with a strong spicy coffee presence. Dark fermented fruit, brown sugar, vanilla, bitter coffee, leather, shoe polish, salt. Dark alcohol.
Light carbonation. Thick, viscous, smooth texture with a light tingling sensation.
Flavor is heavy sweet followed by a medium strong coffee bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet and a bit boozy. Lingering. Finish has light boozy burn.
Wholesome imperial stout with a strong sweetness and a faltering coffee bitterness. Nice on a windy spring day.
