Copenhagen 8/3 2020. 33 cl bottle from Beerlivery Web-shop. Grey label with the logo of the brewery and the name and type of the beer. has a distinct word-art vibe.
Pours opaque dark brown with a small off-white head. settles as flimsy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense, sweet with a sourish fermented quality. Chocolate, light roast and brown sugar. Dark fermented fruit. Licorice. Prune and raisins
Light herbal, citric sourness. Light carbonation. Thick, smooth, soft, viscous texture.
Flavor is heavy sweet followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet. Lingering. A more bitter, semi-dry finish.
Heavy hitter with a fine balance between the heavy sweetness and the spicy bitterness.
