Oak aged Brett ale with smoked malt. This Brett beer has been aged for more than 9 months and clearly has both funk and smoke.

Copenhagen 31/5 2020. 33 cl bottle from Beerlivery web-shop. Label is done in water-color with green, purple and yellow brush-strokes.
Pours murky amber with almost no head. All foam disappears after a few seconds looking like a mixture of Cola and Fanta that my daughter usually enjoys. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sour fruitiness and more subtle smoky notes. Unripe goose berries, citrus, funk. More moderate odor of peat, smoke and ashtray.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a bitter undercurrent. Finish is bitter and a bit smoky.
Damn ugly and a unusual combination mixing light smoke with light funk.
