Copenhagen 18/8 2022. 44 cl can from Beerlivery web-shop. White can with a fine watercolor of a plant with yellow chili peppers.
Pours unclear - almost opaque - murky yellow with a small, bubbly white head. Disappears more or less after ten seconds. No lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense and dominated by sa citric sour scent with a touch of chili pepper. Citrus and lemongrass. Whiff of unripe berries.
Strong carbonation. Thin, oily, lively, tingling and fizzy texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong sourness. Aftertaste is sour with a subtle searing chili burn. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Nice sour with a gentle and discreet touch of chili pepper.
