A: Pours a very slightly cloudy medium golden peach in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and moderate medium golden yellow + amber + honey colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall pillowy foamy off-white head that slowly reduces to a medium to large sized patch of medium thick film covering approximately 50% of the surface of the beer surrounded by a large patch of mottled very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Moderate aromas of banana + clove yeasty esters/phenols over the top of light to moderate aromas of wheat + bready malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness.

T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of wheat + bready malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness. That is followed by a slightly stronger than moderate flavor of banana + clove yeasty esters/phenols which linger well through the finish.

M: Light to medium bodied with moderate to heavy amounts of carbonation. Slightly prickly from the higher amount of carbonation.

O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a refreshingly lighter + prickly mouthfeel. Nice amounts of banana + clove make this one enjoyable and easy to come back to…
