Look: It pours amber and clear with an off white head. It has average head retention.
Smell: It has a grainy sweet malt aroma with honey and a bit of yeasty funk. It has a slight vinous like quality.
Taste: It has a grainy sweet flavor with some honey and yeast. It has a toast like quality to it with a slight vinous element to it.
Feel: It has a medium body with light alcohol warming.
Overall, it's unlike any Helles Bock I have ever had and really doesn't fit the style, but I don't care. This is a darn good beer.
