Picked up a pint can at Chip's Wine, Beer, and Cigars in Kill Devil Hills - Outer Banks of North Carolina. Poured into a pint glass, this beer featured the standard NEIPA style hazy straw yellow color, a medium sized foamy white head, with good retention and lots of foamy bands of lacing. Aroma and taste were NEIPA all the way: pineapple, tropical fruit and mild bitterness. Mouthfeel was crisp and smooth, no hint of alcohol and very mild bitterness. Goes down easy but has enough flavor to stand up to the hot and sour soup I started my dinner with. A good, strong NEIPA style beer.
