On tap at Bishops Arms Gustav.
Pours a clear red with thick and soft pink foam.
Smell is tart with mainly raspberries and some raspberry jam, and a hint of lemon.
Taste is refreshing and tart, with ripe raspberries and some jammy notes leading the way, with some sloe on the dry finish.
Mouthfeel is medium and a bit coarse, well carbonated.
Overall, a very good sour, nice first taste of this brewery.
