An imperial brown ale brewed with English and German malts, that was aged for 10 months and bourbon barrels from KO distilling in Manassas, VA.

Revisit a month later (presumes same batch):
Considerably clearer but with a decent haze, head app the same.
Nose is a nice BBA sweet quad-like brown sugar, bourbon balls, and sweet dark fruit like dates.
Taste has dulled a bit and turned a little more earthy. Don’t mind the latter, but the former comes with a little more watery feel.
Little less quad like in taste, though the nose hints towards it. Different this visit but equally liked.
Original review on 5oz pour: ugly cloudy brown w/thin bubble ring; nose is mostly quad-like; taste similar, but barrel notes evolve, little sweet; think quad.

What a beer. You will never taste anything like this again...and make sure you have a DD for this one. This one is a must drink at House6...you'll feel/smell that smoke!
