On tap at brewery:
Called a tart ale but offered with optional fruit syrup like a Berlinerweiss.
Pale straw with a thin collar that leaves no lace. Nose is light grain with a little lime tartness an the slightest cheese funk. Very light, quite crisp, a crackery malt yields to a moderate tartness. The sour picks up steam and provides a little lemon lick of a puckering bite. Sour drops off pretty quickly to a clean finish. A nice, lite sour on its own; might have to try a little syrup next time.
