Hoppy German-style Pilsner that’s quenching and dry. Brewed with Noble hops that lends flavors of floral and spice with a hint of citrus.

On tap at brewery:
A fair and fluffy egg white head starts atop the clear straw-gold body. Some initial lacing that fades, as does the head to a medium ring.
Nose is slightly bready, with a little grape fruitiness and a hint of grass, nothing overpowering. Taste starts a little sweet, but then some bread comes on accompanied with a bit of a mineral side. Grassy hop seems light as the beer isn’t as dry as I’d like, but it does outlast the sweeter side into the aftertaste.
Quite light, and while I feel it could be drier, I don’t want to give the impression its a sweet beer. It could be a tad cleaner but is well carbonated. I feel the German styles by this brewery have been decent, and this one falls into that thinking.
