Key Lime Pie + MallowScoop
We took our Tiki Key Lime Pie and made a MallowScoop version of it. The end result is the perfect balance of tart and creaminess with a marshmallow and graham cracker finish as the beer warms.

16 oz can into a tulip glass.
Pours a hazy...green color....with minimal head and lacing. I...don't know how to rate this appearance. It's called Key Lime Pie soooo good?
Aromas of fresh lime, lime jello, graham crackers and vanilla cream.
The flavor is all about the lime. Nicely tart, with some subtle marshmallow, graham cracker and vanilla on the finish.
The feel is light bodied with excellent carbonation. Crisp, acidic, and highly drinkable.
Overall, yeah, this is a good fruited sour. It's literally green, and it smells like dessert, but the flavor is tart and balanced and refreshing.
