Old Possum Brewing Co.

We stopped here to try their beers, although they also offer food. The place is located in a light industrial and service business neighborhood. A small parking area is available, but is so small that curb parking is the likely choice. There is a tent at the front of the building that covers most of the deck space but an open area also exists. There is a long bar with seating, and there is also a modest number of tables and chairs. The interior is decorated as rustic and has a nice vibe. The place wasn't busy, so the service at the bar was good.

We ordered a sampler flight of 4 beers (12 were available) to try to arrive at an overall evaluation for this review. Each was brewed to style, although I thought the IPL had a minor sour note to it. All three of the hoppy beers that we tried used hops that I was not familiar with and I didn't really like. However, I don't rate a beer downward for that reason.

A few wines and some soft drinks are offered for the non-beer lovers, and some cans of their beers are available to go.
