Had lunch with Da Boss here on 12-21-2020.
Vibe was classic brewpub with the fermentors front and center as you walk in; orders for beers to go and food were on the right, and tables with enough seating for maybe 75 inside and a good deal of outdoor seating to.
Quality of our beers were good. Da Boss had the Mountain Light and i had the Hoppy PA which we both thought were solid.
Service was self order and food brought to the table. Our orders were moved along quickly and we had our food in good time.
Selection of beer was pretty good. There were around 12 taps of house and guest beers.
Food was really good as we enjoyed the must get Loaded Fries with beer cheese, chili, and bacon; and our sandwiches and side salads were really well done.
Overall a nice place in the middle of the Appalachians touristy area. Lots of folks were here for a Monday lunch which surprised me. Check it out if you are in the area.
Re-visited 7-3-21 after hiking the Upper Whitewater Falls Trail.
Food was still really good but the selection of beers was disappointing as 4 of 6 house beers were sold out. They had some guest taps such as Pernicious along with a cider and sour. Pretty disappointing. Still the food is worth the visit!
