A lighter body Pale Ale hopped with Magnum, Cascade & Citra. “Dry Hopped” with jalapeños to add the perfect amount of aroma and spice without the heat.

Hazy golden amber with a sheet-lace producing creamy white head. Nose jumps with the green pepper bitterness of the hot botanically classified fruit. I can’t argue the smell is bad on this, though it does lean away from the beer.
Taste has the bitter pepper notes enveloping the malts, with a non-jalapeño bitterness poking through. I’m thinking it could use a little sting to bring some contrast to the vegetal bitterness.
