The American military has long enjoyed an amazing advantage over adversaries at night
Courtesy of the most advanced night vision goggles (NVGS) in the world. The training in night operations paired with these technological wonders allows Americans in battle to say "We own the night!" Honoring American tactics, we have crafted a deep, dark stout flavored with dark roasted Peet's Major Dickason's blend coffee. This roasty, chocolatey, full-bodied stout is enough to keep you awake at night (assisted by the caffeine of the coffee) thinking about your next pint.

On tap at brewery:
A near-black brown that seems like it might have a little haze, but it’s hard to tell. Soapy light beige ring is a safe place that is the default look, even after some agitation brings a temporary mocha froth.
A nice medium coffee scent has a slight sweetness with a little burnt toast on the side. The beer is fairly dry despite that allusion to sweetness. At under 5% it’s just a tad watery.
But the flavors are bold enough to easily overlook the average feel. Where there is fresh ground coffee bean on the nose, the taste sits as a cross between a char-bitterness and a minerally black coffee. Coffee plays a close second fiddle in this duet, though it holds the last lingering note.
A pretty straightforward bitter stout with a decent coffee influence that packs a fair amount of flavor on a medium light body.
