Draft pour into a snulip.
L: Rich gold-amber and clear, moderate white head with decent retention.
S: Large aroma of fresh jalapeños, some bread malt.
T: A lot of fresh jalapeño flavor as well, citrus peel hops, med to assertive bitterness, good overall flavor.
F: Light-medium body, medium carbonation, somewhat smooth and creamy, small crips edges.
O: Big pepper character, very nice beer thought not super quaffable, definitely fits the Chile Beer description.
