This one has some ups and downs for me. It’s hefty 6.6% for a Festbier has it running a little heavy and the alcohol infiltrates the nose in a disadvantage way. The flavors are pretty decent, though, with some light bready malt, a hint of spice, and even some light toast, despite the golden body.
