Tap pour at the taproom. Served chilled in a stemmed pint glass.
Clear, deep gold colored body. White colored head. Leaves behind a thick pattern of lacing spots.
Aroma of citrus (orange and grapefruit) and pine resin.
Taste is orange and grapefruit, and the pith of both. Pine resin mixes in. Bitterness is high but there is a redemptive measure of sweetness. The citrus pith lingers.
A little more than medium mouthfeel. Tends to be a palate killer on the tongue. Good carbonation.
