Served from the bottle in a Lagunitas mason jar.
Pours a hazy sunrise auburn-gold topped by a finger of lightly off-white foam. The nose is the spitting image of Apple Jacks, no joke, no exaggeration, it's like sniffing the bag inside a box of goddamn Apple Jacks. Weird, but not at all off-putting. The taste holds notes of coriander, cracked wheat, musty lemon peel, and a hint of sourdough. The body is a rather light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a drying finish. A somewhat interesting wit, but one that's worthy of giving a shot if given the chance.
