Fresh from growler. Amber ale infused with local-favorite Grippo’s Bar-B-Q potato chips (spicy)!
Appearance: Hazy amber that quickly dissipates.
Aroma: Caramel malty.
Taste: Touch of sweet malt up front, quick assaulted by a chili pepper kick that slowly fades into more caramel sweetness. Sting at back of palate. Love the Grippo’s chips, and this beer is a creative and tasty homage/accompaniment. Cheers to Maiden’s (now Damsel) for this.
