Brew: Damsel Brew Pub - Apple
Intro: Had on tap at the brewery with a friend.
Appearance: Light brown color, what one would expect to see with apple cider. Nominal head. maybe ¼ inch. Minimal lacing as we drank
Smell: very appealing aroma of straight up apples. Not overpowering but very appealing
Taste: Followed along with the smell. Was very pleasantly surprised. Very flavorful and very enjoyable. Glad I had the whole glass to myself
Mouthfeel: Medium mouthfeel, full carbonation and that really helped. Left a very clean palette
Drink: Glass disappeared quickly and left me wanting another. Went down so easy, ABV was not high.
Conclusion: It was a very enjoyable beer. The second best I’ve had from this brewery (and I told the brewmaster) I would definitely have another
