This beer is a dark gold color in the glass and not exactly clear. There are some bubbles of prickle in the glass as well. The nose is one of mild hops. The initial attack is gentle. There is a relatively strong malty character to this beer. The hops and bitters of this beer have a very floral character. The malt is really the canvas on which the flavor of the beer is painted and the hops are attached to that. The prickle leaves a little bit of a rising sensation in the mouth as you drink it. It is a pretty straightforward beer. Nothing out of the ordinary to push you to say its good or bad. Its a beer and its okay.
