This is probably the craziest brews I have ever had (and I have had a lot)! It pours a dark dark thick brown color with tan chunks of coconut floaters. Slight head and no carbonation upon sipping. It smells like boozy hot chocolate. The taste is super super sweet and should be chased with some diabetes medicine. The thickness of this beer coats your mouth, tongue, throat, etc. it is insane.
I would love to see this mellow out in some bourbon barrels.
