"Crushable/Smooth"
Poured from a howler from the taproom.
Appearance - Pours a straw gold with two fingers of bubbly white head.
Smell - citrus and tropical hops, biscuity malts, orange, mango, hint of passionfruit, hint of red berry (strawberry or raspberry), and earthy yeast.
Taste - Bold citrus and tropical hops upfront. The biscuity malts, orange, mango, hint of passionfruit, and hint of red berry follow suit, The earthy yeast finishes the brew off.
Mouthfeel - Light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes smooth with the hops and fruits lingering.
Overall - Another well executed brew from their hop-forward small batch series. This one is definitely very sessionable and I like the hop bitterness at the end. Keep the good brews coming '88!
