"IT'S NOT NOT FRUITY"
This was a very popular small batch release that was recently bottled in limited quantities due to the popularity of it.
Poured from a 500ml bottle.
Appearance - Pours a cloudy rosé pink with three fingers of frothy pink head.
Smell - berries (strawberries, blueberries, and possibly raspberries), leafy, earthy, citrus, and tropical hops, lactose, sugar, bready malts, and earthy yeast.
Taste - Tart berries of strawberry, blueberry, and raspberry. The leafy, earthy, citrus, and tropical hops follow suit but are quite mild. The lactose, sugar, bready malts, and earthy yeast finish the brew off.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes tart and sticky with the berries and mild hops lingering.
Overall - A unique twist to the IPA style by adding three different berries. At first, I was concerned on how sour this brew would be but the sourness level is kept to a tolerable level. I can see how this brew was very popular but for me one or two bottles would suffice. On a final note, this brew would be good for summer patio season.
