"Bathe in the Purple Rain"
"Game/Blouses"
An nice ode to a classic Dave Chappelle comedy skit.
Appearance - Pours a cloudy magenta with three fingers of frothy pale pink head.
Smell - citrus and tropical hops, blackberry, blueberry, citrus peel, peach, plum, bready malts, and earthy yeast.
Taste - citrus and tropical hops upfront. The blackberry and blueberry come through next with a nice punch of flavour. The citrus peel, peach, and plum follow. The bready malts and earthy yeast round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes sticky with the hops and fruits lingering.
Overall - Another exemplary brew from '88. The flavour combination between the citrus hops and the dark stone fruits is outstanding. A true stand out in this category.
