Nearly two hundred pounds of locally sourced Alberta honey were used to create the backbone of this Honey Hazy Double IPA. Add in some amazing specialty malt from our good friends at Origin Malting and you have yourself a punchy, creamy and undeniably memorable jooos bomb! Mango, Orange and of course honey hit you up front and as you play it fades to just the right amount of sweet with low bitterness, and an ultra creamy mouth feel. This beer is magic and one we are hyper excited to share. Best suited for adventures, alternate worlds & hidden treasure, this whistle is going to take you places!

A honey hazy DIPA.
"Skip Ahead"
Appearance - Pours a hazy apricot gold with four fingers of frothy white head.
Smell - citrus and tropical hops, mango, citrus, vinous aromas of white grape, passionfruit, apricot, peach, honey sweetness, hint of lemon, bready malts, and earthy yeast.
Taste - bold citrus and tropical hops upfront followed by the honey sweetness. The mango, citrus, vinous characteristics of white grape, passionfruit, apricot, peach, and lemon follow suit. The bready malts and earthy yeast round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes smooth and sticky with all elements lingering.
Overall - A bold and flavourful DIPA that is quite dangerous considering the ABV. I like how the honey compliments the tropical fruits and hops. Another winner from these guys and a must try if you get a chance to sample it.
