We are shovin' into overdrive with a delicious new small batch westy! Danger zone harkens back to the good ole days of West Coast IPAs, beers that sting you with a hop punch.
In terms of fancy big, boozy, bitter tech, this beer showcases hop hash quite heavily. Hop hash is highly concentrated form of Lupulin (the acids and oils that drive flavour and aroma) that is captured during the processing of hops. In our case we used Centennial and Azacca hop hash to drive up the pine and citrus and then we finished with a huge dry hop of Azacca, Centennial, and Pacific Jade to double down on the dank and a bit of tropical flare!

Appearance - Pours an amber with two fingers of frothy white head.

Smell - piney, earthy, leafy, and herbal hops, grapefruit peel, pine resin, bready malts, caramel, and earthy yeast.

Taste - bold piney, earthy, leafy, and herbal hops upfront. The pine resin and grapefruit peel make their presence known next. The bready malts, caramel, and earthy yeast round out the brew.

Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes sticky with the pine resin and grapefruit peel lingering.

Overall - A solid West Coast IPA that delivers on all fronts. I like the how the pine resin and grapefruit shine through in this brew. If you stumble across this don't hesitate to pick this up as it won't last long.

Beautiful clear golden pour with two fingers of foamy white head.
Caramel malt on the nose but distinct hop notes of pine resin, tangerine, slightly tropical and dank.
Taste follows with a caramel malt sweetness that gives way to resinous piney, slightly woodsy/earthy hops, and tropical fruit - moderate bitterness from a simple and classic West Coast IPA, without punching you in the face.
Medium full mouthfeel with decent carbonation - leaving with that slightly resinous bitterness lingering.
