355ml can poured into tulip.
Pours a pale straw yellow with one finger of snow white head that leaves some bread knife lace as it recedes.
Smells of unsweetened breakfast cereal, faint green apple and lemon fruitiness, and some grassy noble hops.
Tastes of grainy pale malt, faint caramel sweetness, green apple skin, lemon zest and more lively green noble hops.
Feels light and airy. Light bodied with frothy carbonation. Finishes dry.
Verdict: Recommended. The label touts the crushability of this brew and I'm inclined to agree. A nice, light, tasty hot weather beer.
