Wet Bandits features a very large classic west coast back bone that is treated with loads of late kettle additions of Galaxy, Cryo Amarillo, and Cryo Mosaic. We upped the dry hop ever so slightly from previous Sticky iterations up to 15g/L with same combo which added to the rather forward aroma in the best way! Think extremely well balanced, its dank, oily, & juicy, with bright citrus, passion fruit and red berry notes. More fun than a van ride with the Kenosha Kickers, it’s a pleasure to behold and yes at 10%, you will feel it.

Pours a uniformly mildly hazy golden orange colour with a finger of bubbly white head that fades to a thin rim.
Piney burst on the nose on opening can - followed by tangerine, pungent ripe orange, mango and a dank note, backed by a caramel maltiness.
Tastes again of piney hops, but then a whack of dank over ripe citrus, an earthy bitterness, mango, and an underlying thick caramel malt sweetness battling the hop bite valiantly, but the hops dominate.
Full mouthfeel with a sticky, oily note - there is a bit of high ABV heat pushing through, but this is a wonderful sipper leaving the bittersweet hanging on the palate.

A west coast Triple IPA.

"I'm not Afraid Anymore!" Classic quote from the movie Home Alone.

Like the artwork on the can of the crowbar and toque from Harry and Marv.

Appearance - Pours a slightly hazy gold with three fingers of frothy white head.

Smell - piney, earthy, leafy, hint of citrus, and floral hops, pine resin, grapefruit peel, caramel, bready malts, and earthy yeast.

Taste - bold piney, earthy, leafy, citrus, and floral hops upfront. The pine resin and grapefruit peel come through next. The caramel, bready malts, and earthy yeast round out the brew.

Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes sticky with the pine resin, grapefruit peel, and other elements lingering.

Overall - A highly dangerous tipple from '88. This brew hides the ABV quite well and you wouldn't even know that its 10.1%. Well done. A nice ode to a childhood favourite movie of mine.
