It’s late June, time to take your foot off the gas and engage Cruise Control, you’ve earned it! This big, bad westie is ready to wash over you while the summer sun bleaches your hair and the river laps at your ankles.

And while you might be relaxing with a Cruise Control in hand, rest assured our brewers weren’t sleeping on the clock when they brewed up this concoction. Building on a classic American West Coast IPA, Cruise Control uses the latest hop tech like Strat T90, Mosaic LupoMAX and Idaho 7 Cryo hop pellets plus Incognito hop extract to boost the hop flavour while minimizing bitterness and hop burn. Using a Lager yeast for fermentation keeps this brew lighter and crisper than most westies.

Bright and clear golden yellow with two fingers creamy, foamy white head.
Aroma is tropical, some berry note but then a dominant piney resin, heavy on the dank and herbal/weedy.
Taste is dank and weedy, some tropical fruit - pineapple - a touch of berry sweetness; the dank and piney hops again dominate on a clean pale malt base. Hoppy as heck, low bitterness.
Solid medium mouthfeel with moderate carbonation - dank and resin lingers.
