Densely hazy pineapple juice golden colour with finger plus of dense creamy head. Laced beautifully.
Nose of pithy grapefruit, tropical fruit but with a definite woody, piney note. As warmed peach aroma shows up.
Taste is juicy up front - grapefruit, grapefruit peel, a bit of peach - there is an earthy, slightly herbal note giving way to a moderate resinous piney flavour at the finish.
Medium mouthfeel with decent carbonation and a lingering earthy, pithy bitterness.
