Pours a semi clear amber with fine, soft head.
Smell is piney and citrusy with notes of some caramel, strawberry jam and grapefruit peel.
Taste is balanced and fruity with notes of pine, grapefruit, strawberry jam and just a hint of earthiness. Moderate bitterness, very crisp and balanced.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated,
Overall, a really good IPA, classic and well made.
