Pours a clear amber with soft, flffy head.
Smell is floral and crackery. Clean and crisp with notes of lemon, seville oranges, lemon peel and some caramel.
Taste starts with a soft, slightly sweet maltiness, like dark bread. On top are floral and citrusy notes with hints of caramel, lemon peel and leather. Soft but firm bitterness and a clean finish.
Mouthfeel is medium, with slightly low carbonation.
Overall, a very nice bitter, perfect pub beer.
